30 Day First Try Guarantee

 The 30 Day First Try Guarantee covers refund or replacement only on the innerwear product purchase.  Any innerwear product that has been tried on or washed is eligible for refund or replacement (We will arrange free pickup from you address).  Simply raise a request with your product defect or issue, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Hygiene Assurance:

 Returned innerwear is never reused or resold. If required, it is used only for internal quality checks  and is then discarded.

What’s Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

• Only FIRST innerwear purchase from DaMENSCH
• One single innerwear product
• Colour fading, wrong colour, wrong size, manufacturing defect, or delivery defect

Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

• More than one product and/or consecutive purchase from DaMENSCH
• Innerwear packs of 2 or more. If you’ve bought a pack of 2 or more, only one product from the pack    will be eligible for refund, while the others qualify for exchange only if they are unused and kept    in the original delivery condition.  
• Defects noticed after 30 days from purchase are not eligible.
