We take our quality and our promises seriously, and just so you truly believe in Damensch as much as we do, we offer a straight ‘Try it On’ guarantee under which, if you’re not satisfied with the product quality or the comfort of the fabric, simply write to us at support@damensch.com within 30 days from delivery and we’d refund your full money.
Please note that this is only applicable for first time buyers at Damensch.

What are the payment modes available at Damensch?
At present, you can use all modes of payments as per your convenience at official Damensch website. That means all debit cards, credit cards, COD and wallets including Freecharge, Paytm, PayU among others can be used. Good news is, we give 5% extra discount on all prepaid payments.
What are the wash instructions for Damensch underwear?
For perfect colour and feel, machine wash your Damensch underwear using warm water and tumble dry on low heat.
Where can I get a gift card or a discount coupon for Damensch products?
Unfortunately, at this point, we do not offer any gift card or coupons for shopping with Damensch.
About the Order
What if the product I want to place an order for is out of stock?

If a product goes out of stock on Damensch website, we try to restock it as soon as possible. However, if the colour/product is a seasonal one, it would be simply removed from the website once the stock finishes.

Alternatively, you can always write to us at support@damensch.com and we shall reach out to you.

How long will it take for my order to deliver?
Once you’ve received an order confirmation mail, the dispatch happens within 24 hours, and you should receive your order at your doorstep within 2-4 working days depending upon your location.
Do you also do same day delivery?

Unfortunately, no. At the moment, we take 24 hours to dispatch the order once placed, and a maximum of 2-4 working days depending upon your location.

However, if you need a special delivery done on an urgent basis, please get in touch with us at support@damensch.com and we’d do our best for you.

How can I cancel an order I placed?

It’s very simple. If for any given reason, you’d like to cancel the order placed with us, simply reach out to us at support@damensch.com and we’d fix it for you.

How do I get my refund once initiated?
Once your refund is initiated, the money will be credited in the same bank account from which the order was placed. In case of COD, you’d be requested to issue a bank account detail in which the amount return would be initiated like the process mentioned above.
How do I check my order status?
We will be shortly offering tracking and order status facilities for your order placed at Damensch website. But until then, feel free to write to us at support@damensch.com about any anxiety or query regarding your order, and we’ll keep you updated with its progress.

Where all do you deliver Damensch products? Do you ship it internationally?
We deliver anywhere and everywhere in India, depending upon your location. At present, unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally but will be extending our range to international customers sooner than soon.
What are shipping rates at Damensch? What is your shipping policy?
Absolutely nothing. Shopping at Damensch is an overall experience, and to ensure you have a lot of good time and zero inconvenience, no shipping charges are levied from you.Our shipping partner is Delhivery to ensure speedy delivery, maximum reach to you guys across India.
How do I know the order I placed has been shipped?
Once your order is confirmed with Damensch, your order is dispatched usually within 24 hours. From then, you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 working days, depending upon your location.

Return and Request
How do I make a return/exchange after receiving my order?
Owing to the category of products we offer at the moment, there is no return/exchange policy we offer on our underwear. Having said that, you can always write to us before the dispatch to cancel the order or exchange any product in your cart.
I placed an order for a wrong item by mistake. What should I do?
No problem. Just drop a mail to us at support@damensch.com and if your order is not dispatched already, we’ll get in touch and fix it for you.
What to do if the product I received is incorrect or damaged?
No problem. Just drop a mail to us at support@damensch.com specifying the damage and attach an image or two showing the same. We’ll get in touch and fix it for you.
